plannin a short getaways to malaysia recently. to unscrew. chill.
in dilemma between, langkawi and redang.
though the latter one, to which i've visited b4.
dun really mind gg again.
its beautiful. heard that there will b a new beach. with blue sand on it..
cant imagine how its gonna looks like man``

ya, tis is indeed my first =failed resus=
im sorry tat we're unable to hold onto u
time really matters
and i let my emo clings onto me aft tat
am i in a state of ?shock? ?guilt? ?grief? ?denial?
couldnt understand lessser than the simple phrase
(stop all inotropes)
the end.
watchin and waiting for a flat line to appear was really gettin harder for me as sec passes
one shift work. 10hrs with him.
ya, kindled feelings, tat is.
am i considered murderer? accomplice legally?
insomnia settled in rite away. blank stares followed.
well, im really greateful
tat Mr held on to his life so dearly
till the end
till he couldn hab fought much longer
till its time for his last moment

symptoms started to appear one by one, showin worsenin situations
